Frequently Asked Questions

  • We hand-deliver to all Villanova University students on and off-campus in the Villanova area, including dorms, off-campus housing apartments and residences and sorority/fraternity houses.

  • The day prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will reach out to your Wildcat by text to coordinate a convenient time to meet them outside of their dorm or off-campus residence.  We never enter your student’s dorm or residence.  We never leave your student’s gift at a mailroom desk or on a door step. We do, however, always personally deliver your gift directly to your student. 

  • We offer delivery Monday through Friday and most weekends. If we cannot accommodate a weekend delivery, we will notify you and arrange for delivery on Friday or Monday.

  • It’s never too early to place an order. Most orders typically require 48-72 hrs advance notice for delivery.  Custom orders may require more time.

    In some cases, we can accommodate next-day delivery, such as for our Feel Better Box, which we try to deliver as quickly as possible.  We can occasionally provide same-day service for a surcharge.  Please Contact Us if you need same-day or next-day delivery.

  • Our hand-delivery fee is $30.  This fee is included and reflected in the cost of most of our curated gift bundles.  Our hand-delivery fee includes a beautifully wrapped gift package, a personal note from you and most importantly the peace of mind that your gift is personally hand-delivered to your student.  You will receive a text confirming delivery and a snapshot of your Wildcat that captures the special moment. Unlike packages that are left at a mailroom or doorstep, our personalized hand-delivery service makes the moment feel personal and memorable.

  • Yes, we are happy to work with you to customize your order to include items that align with your Wildcat’s dietary needs. During the checkout process, you will have an opportunity to note any food allergies or any other dietary specifications.  You may also Contact Us in advance of ordering to discuss your needs.

  • If you want that extra personal touch, just Contact Us and we can help you customize your delivery to make it more memorable and special.  We would love to work with you to curate the perfect 21st birthday custom cake or unique celebratory items.  We can even secure a special birthday gift for your Wildcat to add to your birthday delivery.  King of Prussia mall is only 10 minutes away, so let us pick up that special birthday gift you planned to send to your Wildcat or just send it directly to us and let us take care of the rest.  We will ensure that your package is beautifully wrapped and delivered with care.

  • Shipping Address:  Please enter your STUDENT’S name and campus location in this section. If living on campus, please provide the name of their residence hall (e.g. South Campus  - Stanford Hall, Villanova, PA 19085).  Do not enter their campus mailbox address because we meet them outside of their residence hall to hand deliver their Gifted Campus package. If they live off campus, please provide the full address.
